An 18% Solids Floor Finish Designed to Withstand Scuffing, Heel Marks, Soiling and the Wear and Tear Of Heavy Foot Traffic Excellent leveling agents allow for an ultra high gloss. An economical metal cross linked floor finish which is detergent resistant under normal maintenance procedures. Can be Spray Buffed or Burnished. Maintenance: Clean with Caliber or Neutra-Fresh. Use Caliber Spray Buff/Maintainer for buffing or Clean N? Shine before Burnishing.
 Sealing the floor:
A sealer is not required with Floor Finish 18 on most resilient floors. If a sealer is desirable due to floor porosity (e.g., terrazzo), or for protection against staining spills, apply one to two coats of Caliber Floor sealer.
