Water ring?

On one of my accounts they had a water leak (Flood) in the washroom, well the water seeped out onto the hall carpet leaving a really ugly water ring, I cleaned this area, but its still there. :confused:

Your best bet on getting this out is right when it happens. You have to clean both the wet area and the adjacent dry area when the flood / extraction first happens. By removing the dirt from the carpet, it is less likely to dry with a ring along the perimeter once the wet carpet dries.

I've heard good things about ClearUp as well. One of my friends who also runs a cleaning business uses ClearUp in most of his jobs.
