Where is the store?

You can only make a purchase through the "Store" side of the website. The best way to tell if you are indeed on the store side of the website is if you see "Shopping cart" or "Checkout" posted on the right side of the screen.

How long will my purchase take to ship?

Different products take different amounts of time, so there are exceptions to everything. Most items (after processing) have an estimated time of arrival at approximately 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, certain oversized items have an estimated time of arrival of 2 weeks. You can opt for quicker shipping, bear in mind though, that not all items have this availability. It is a special case for every shipment, so variations are always possible.

What is the Cost of Shipping?

We have a baserate of $7.00 to ship anything. We try to get the best rates available to get your shipment to you as best as possible, and as quickly as possible, which is why its too hard to get a standard rate for you, because each rate is unique. When you check out, our computer systems will try to find the best rate for shipping to your zip code, which is why its hard to give an exact answer.

Why can't I find what I'm looking for?

Not everything on the http://www.steam-brite.com website has been loaded yet. If there is a product you are looking to purchase, but cannot find, look at our website http://www.steambrite.com . If you still cannot find it, contact us via e-mail, and we will check availability for you.

What warranty is available with my product(s)?

Steam Brite Supply does not offer any additional warranty, other than the manufacturer's original warranty, which is custom to each item. Steam Brite does offer extended warranties for an additional cost. Click here for rates.
