Pumps specially designed cylinder heads are reinforced to withstand the demands of high pressure spraying. Model #5324C delivers up to 2.2 GPM at 1000 PSI. Can be driven at motor speeds up to 1800 RPM. Steel base fits a 56 frame motor; only 1.5 HP required. Unitized valve assemblies have stainless steel seat, spring and poppets for long life. This Hypro 5324C pump is a member of the Hypro 5300 series Small Twin plunger pumps; it is a cast iron piston pump with a 5/8" outside diameter solid shaft. The pump features a bi-rotational (CW or CCW) pump shaft and stainless steel plungers. An injector head is available (sold separately) and it is used for soap injection when the pump is used as a pressure washer. The pump weighs 11 lbs. and includes a base. **This pump requires a pulsation dampener on the discharge side (eg. a Surge Tank or Pulse Hose). **If this pump freezes, you'll need to replace the entire pump because it is susceptible to frost damage.
