COLOR SEALER
Modern Stone’s Color Sealer is the premium solution for transforming old grout back to new and extreme protection against staining. Its advanced water based formula quickly bonds to grout lines to create an even and uniform color and appearance. The Color Sealer is an excellent choice if a change in grout color is desired. This product is available in most major grout manufacturer’s colors.Maintenance: Use Modern Stone’s Balance or other suitable neutral PH tile and grout cleaner.
Expected Wear: Up to 15 years. Unusually heavy traffic patterns may require periodic touch up to maintain uniform color and protection.

We use a computerized color matching process to each of these grout manufacturers color charts to ensure the colors are as accurate as possible. When selecting a color we strongly suggest picking the color from the grout manufacturers paper or plastic color chips.
