Mini disk thermostat. This unit does NOT have the reset button in the middle. This is a "normally closed circuit" set to turn off (open the circuit) the electricity at 190 degrees on the outside of the heater. This means the water is about 205 degrees on the inside of the heater.

We recommend that if you have a push button restable thermostat that you replace it with an automatic one. Many machines with come with one automatic and one push button. The machines perform better in the long run if both are automatic.
