Works great but very loud, push/pull handle is too short to make it comfortable pushing up sidewalk or pulling up stairs. the front swivel casters do break off if it gets pushed on uneven surfaces unless you can tilt it back on its two large wheels, which again the handles too short to make this very comfortable for even my 5 foot 6 body. I always have to use the side handles and carry it up stairs instead (with the hose removed and the hose connector pushing into my chest) so I can keep my back straight, but that is very heavy and the side handles dig into your hands especially when it is not empty. A simple fix would be to unscrew the original handle and install a most likely custom made longer one. It would be great to see a new extendable/retractable handle like on suitcases or dehumidifiers. Also, the "L-shaped" collection tube is difficult to unclog without a wire coat hanger, should have a clean out door on elbow. I have tried unscrewing these and failed due to sealants and welds or such, wire coat hanger is the best way, which is not included. With all of this I would still consider this a great purchase.
