3) There must be somebody at the shipping address during regular business hours to accept delivery.

Shipping to a residential address or to an address requiring lift gate service will result in various surcharges for services rendered:

Standard and Small boxes have a standard fee of $2 to ship to a residence,
Full Sized Pallate orders have a standard fee of $50 to ship to a residence,
Lift Gate Service off the back of the truck is an additional $50-$75 dollars.

If possible, ship to a commercial address to avoid these charges.
