Self-adjusting, self-leveling brush eliminates the need for continual manual adjustment and consistently cleans uneven floors and different carpet pile heights.

A full complement of accessories attach easily to the rear of the machine, giving the Polaris 500 & 700 maximum versatility to clean upholstery, stairs and other hard to reach areas. 4" front and 7" rear wheels.

High speed brush 1/6 hp motor (4200 rpm) and brush (2100 rpm) guarantee powerful agitation to release deeply embedded soil and grit, extending carpet life.

The brush system utilizes stainless steel ball bearings fully sealed against moisture, keeping the brush system trouble-free for years to come.

Single Vac motor 112 CFM on both Polaris 500 and 700 models. Dual vacs installed in the Polaris 800 and 1200 models. (200 cfm) I like the EDIC Polaris 700 because of the 4 wheels. When not in use, you can store the unit with the brush off the floor. The number one part that needs to be replaced on self contained extractors is the brush because the last person using the machine parked the unit with the weigh of the machine on the brush. Then when you try to use the machine the brush bounces all over the place because the brush is not round any more.
