Born from 20 plus years of industry experience, the Hepa 360 has been designed with 2 sole purposes - to have the best possible suction and to be ultra light. The Hepa 360 is made entirely out of aircraft aluminum and is painstakingly welded one vacuum at a time. it comes with a scratch resistant powder coated finish.
Created for both residential and commercial duct cleaning, its lightweight and efficient design allow for easy one man operation. Its 20" diameter fits easily through doorways while the 10" pneumatic wheels with stair-climbers on the back simplify getting it up and down stairways with no need to disassemble for transport.
The Hepa 360 uses a 3 stage filtration system which is completely reusable. The first stage is a special filtering sock which captures the bulk of all debris. The sock can be blown out as well as washed to be reused again. The second stage is a unique biostatic wrap which captures small but visible particles, while the 3rd stage is the main Hepa cartridge (99.97%). The lifespan of the main cartridge varies depending on how often you choose to clean and maintain your vacuum unit, although it is not uncommon for many of our clients to get as many as 500 uses (or more) out of a single hepa cartridge. The top vacuum inlet comes standard with a 10" opening and can be easily reduced down to an 8" opening with a simple reducer. Lids with 12" openings can be custom made. The suction of the 200V has a suction rating of about 4500 CFMS while the suction of the 110V is around 3000 CFMS. Both the 220V and 110V are the same size and dimension, but have different weights. 1 year warranty.
