I really wish I could give this wand a great review. However it has a major design flaw in my opinion. I've been in the business 21 years and have used a number of different wands. The Bentley that I received had jets aimed directly at the yellow Banana glide on the wand. Whether this was intentional or not no one will tell me. I've even been given a second vacuum head with a new manifold from Mytee ,but it is aimed the same way and did not solve the problem. The Banana glide sticks out so far that the spray jets hit it instead of the carpet and the manifold holding the jets cannot be adjusted. Mytee sent me an internal glide which helped a lot, but I find the wand only really performs well on Berber and other short pile carpets and very poorly on any plush or heavy piles because the jets are too close when doing heavier pile carpets. The wand is very well constructed for heavy commercial use, but the spray jets need a reworking inmho. Since I cannot send this item back to Steambrite I will have to either modify the spray jets myself to make them work like they should on all carpet types or try to sell it to recover my money. If I can get the jets aimed correctly this would be a good wand. I have not found the swivel feature at the vacuum head to be very useful so far. However, the swivel for the solution has been extremely helpful.
