Ductable by use of collared output allows for ductability.
I highlighted in red our X-41AT's advantages over its competitors.
Price - With our SRP, we are so far the lowest price on the market today.
Motor Type - Our X-41AT is the only axial fan that offers the newest motor technology called External Rotating Motor (ERM). In most applications, the fan/blower motor operates continuously when the system in on and in operation. Although speed control is possible with most motors, it is rarely a major factor when selecting major features of the motor. Similarly, many of the common motor evaluation criteria are not major factors when choosing a fan or blower. Typical speed/torque curves are not important. Acceleration, deceleration are not critical. What is important? Long-life operation, maintenance-free performance, size, weight, efficiency and power compatibility with other components which are being assembled into one integrated system. The ERM provides the best performance and most reliable operation for most applications. Since most motor heat is produced in the rotor, making it the rotating element and keeping the stator stationary have several very important effects on the performance:
a) More effective cooling improves reliability and extends the life of the motor
b) More efficiency and size/output relationships are better than with induction-type motors (which all of our competitors are using right now).
c) Even if the ERM operates at low speeds which in turn increases heat, current (amps) increases only slightly (in many internal rotor motors current often rises 30% to 40).
Superior cooling and heat dissipation from the motor still occurs because the air flow passes over the rotor. Speed control is very easy with ERM by voltage reduction
using fixed or variable resistors, auto transformers, or electric speed controllers. Speed control has better linearity, too.
d) Quietest operation.
Rated Airflow (CFM) - We topped this category together with B-Air. But I am pretty sure that with our new technology motor, ours will be higher. Again, this is what the industry requires so let's stick with that for now.
Speed / RPM - Our X-41AT is the only axial fan that offers variable speed control switch. When you turn on the X-41AT, you will feel its smooth airflow and you can gradually increase its speed in transition. Unlike the other brands, their RPM starts at 1600 and you cannot really tell if it's in low or high speed setting. Variable speed control switch helps to extend the life of the motor. Our amperage will also play a huge factor. It can draw from 3.2 amps on high all the way down to 1.5 amps on its lowest speed setting.
3-Hour Timer - Once again, our X-41AT is the only axial fan that offers 3-hour timer. Don't be confused when you encounter in the future some customers who will ask you about the hour meter. This is totally different from 3-hour timer. Most of our competitors offer the hour meter - it tracks the hours of operation of the machine. Most rental companies would require the unit to have the hour meter so they know how long the fans are being used.
Question: Does this fan have to use the 3 hour timer or can we leave it on for longer then 3 hours? I plan on putting into an attic to move air longer then 3 hours.
Answer: The fan can run 24 hours a day. The switch has a position for being left ON all the time.
Operating Positions - There are only few manufacturers of axial fan that offers 360° angle positions using it's rack. We are one of them...
Rack - We are the only company that offers free rack, it comes with the unit inside the box and our price includes the rack. Our competitors sell the rack separately from $129-169 per piece. We will also have that option, we will also be coming out with taller racks that our customers can buy separately. When the axial fan is in its downdraft position, it covers a wider area of drying when placed on a taller rack.
Unit/Box Weight - the lighter, the better! It will save our customers some dollars on their shipping costs.
Unit/Box Dimension - the smaller, the better! More units can be loaded on a pallet or container, this means shipping costs per unit will also be lower.
Housing - Our X-41AT uses the highest quality plastic material called ABS (used also in NFL football helmets).
X-41AT can be used in different applications: carpet, floor, wall, ceiling dryer; high velocity ventilation and air circulation for warehouses, barns, factories, auto shops, etc.
BETTER THAN DRUM FANS!!!
