Description

A completely new design that will Revolutionize carpet extraction Machines. New patent-pending bearing protection for wet application.
Thermal protection for locked rotor, blocked cooling air & running overload. 1500 + hrs life (patented curved brush) vs. 650 hrs on regular motors.
625 peak air watts with up to 40 % overall efficiency than other vacuum motor like models 116765-13 (120 volt) & 117123-13 (240) volt.
High efficiency cooling system & improved sound quality. Weight savings with two stage tapered fan design vs. three stages.

Additional Information

The motors have to be run or used at least 24 hrs to achieve peak performance as waterproof seals are in place on these motors.
Typical motor performance for models 122234-18 (120 volt) & 12236-18 (240 volt) = 131.8” of water lift & 138.8 CFM.
Single vacuum unit rating 131.8" of lift X 138.8 cfm = 18,293 vacuum units.
Cost per hour is less that of other vacuum motors since they last twice as long.

Dual 6.6 Inch Optimizer Vacuum Ametek Air Series Motors pull 215" Lift X 170 cfm = 36,550 vacuum units
When they are run in AIR PARALLEL, 128" lift, 232 CFM. These are test conducted by AMETEK. 29,696 vacuum units.
Lift would be 131.8 inches X 277.6 cfm or 36,587 vacuum units.
