The Car Care Station/Tire Shine Station unit is warranted by Car Care Manufacturing, LLC, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of delivery. This warranty shall be limited to the repair, adjustment, or replacement, at a point designated by Car Care Manufacturing, LLC, of any part or parts which appear to the satisfaction of Car Care Manufacturing, LLC upon inspection to have been defective in material or workmanship. Car Care Manufacturing, LLC covers labor for only thirty (30) days from date of delivery. Any claim made under this limited warranty must be made in writing to Car Care Manufacturing, LLC.
This limited warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, mishandling, failure to follow installation or operating instructions, or exposure of the unit to abnormal heat, dryness, or humidity, or sudden changes thereof.
This warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the unit or to the person for whom the unit was purchased as a gift. This warranty is not transferable.
