When dropping off and picking up your equipment:
Steambrite is not responsible for theft or damage to your property while it is at our facility undergoing repairs or while being stored and awaiting pickup. Steambrite employees will gladly assist in the unloading and loading of your merchandise, but are not responsible for any damage that might occur to your equipment or vehicle. It is the customer responsibility to confirm there equipment is loaded and secured properly for transportation. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: THE REMEDY OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF ANY DEFECTIVE GOODS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL STEAMBRITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES PROPERTY DAMAGES, OR PERSONAL INJURIES.

Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Large Equipment could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed. Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days.
