Description
The Nilfisk Industrial Vacuum for Metalworking is explicitly designed for the metalworking industry. It is constructed to collect various materials, including liquids and solids, and prepare them for easy recovery. It has an IP44 protection rating, a tilting motor head, and a stainless-steel chip basket.
Material Recovery
Whether you pick up liquids, solids, or both, this industrial Nilfisk vacuum provides different levels of filtration so you can recover and reuse everything collected. It utilizes a removable AISI 304 stainless-steel basket for metal chip recovery, that holds up to 5.8 gallons (22 liters).
Once liquids are collected, you simply move a lever to activate the discharge function and blow the liquids out completely. The tank can hold up to 13.6 gallons (51.5 liters) with the chip basket or 19.8 gallons (75 liters) without it.
Safe from Leaks Safety
The Nilfisk VHO200 protects against liquid seepage through multiple safety features. A visual cut-off system and a float shut-off system are engineered into the vacuum to protect the motorhead. The vacuum also features a double filter pad and absorbent pad that are always present.
