If our authorized service center determines your product to be beyond economical repair or they have unsuccessfully attempted to repair your product three times, we will replace your product.

Please note that extended warranties can be used in one of two ways: Start on day 91 or start on day 730.

In the example of Mytee Products. They only offer 90 day warranty on labor, gauges, casters, hoses,... but two year parts on the water pump.

Question: When does the extended policy start?
Answer: When the customer wants. Lets say the water pump motor breaks in six months... If they do not want to supply their own labor and shipping cost, they can have the policy start on day 91. If they want to pay for the in and outbound shipping for the replacement motor and supply their own labor, they can have the policy start on day 730 (2 years).

*Please note SteamBrite says inbound shipping as the factory would require you to ship in the old pump motor to confirm it is broken and not damaged because of a customer performed action (example in a car wreck, or rusty / wet).

The extended warranty are always way more robust than factory warranties as they cover shipping and even on site visits with labor protection during the entire covered duration.

Question: What does the extended warranty not cover?
Answer: Neglect, abuse, or maintenance. Examples, leaving a machine that has water in it and allowing it to freeze. This will break lots of parts in most machines and would not be covered. Dropping a machine and breaking or denting the shell, cover, plate, hinge, castors, etc. Failure to change any oils or cleaning of any filters or nozzles.

Steambrite processes shipments daily by Fedex, UPS, and USPS (for small packages), as well as a using a variety of freight carriers for oversized/palletized shipments. While the Steambrite website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (San Antonio, TX). Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
