Introducing the New HydraPort Series

The HydraPort series of portable extractors is the culmination of a major engineering and design initiative of US Products that emanated from direct field input of cleaning technicians who used high performance portable extraction machines every day. The HydraPort series represents a dramatic step forward in implementing unique, productivity enhancing features that considered even the minutest detail. These features go a step beyond traditional componentry that is common to most extractors – pumps and vacuum motors – and take into account the most common annoyances expressed by cleaning technicians. For example, moving the solution tank filling site to a location where the inevitable spill does not come in contact with any electrical components or switches. No detail was overlooked.

The design change started with basic ergonomic modeling. You can see it in the unique patent pending transport handle design that makes movement, maneuverability, and control around the facility a breeze. An additional handle on the front side of the extractor makes lifting, loading, and unloading easier and acts as a vacuum hose guidance system. Two front panel roller wheels also make loading and unloading easier and helps to prevent damage to the machine. Oversized rubber grip rear wheels make the HydraPort easier to transport up and down stairs

This remarkable attention to detail continues in the recovery tank design. The slope tank design to an attached disposal hose allows complete emptying easier of the recovery tank. A recessed channel inside the recovery tank for the ball float diminishes turbulence reducing premature wear. The recessed electronic switch plate protects switches and is located away from the solution tank decreasing water exposure. Features like a wand caddy and extension cord wraps make mobility through the building simpler and faster.

The whisper quiet, sealed vacuum system muffles sound for quieter operation in noise sensitive environments. A smart circuit locator identifies separate lines to eliminate blown circuits.
