Description

The legendary 207V plunger pump was originally developed to meet the performance needs of commercial carpet extractor manufacturers. The low flow rate and 500psi spray cleans soft carpet fibers without leaving the carpet too wet and is optimized for their inline heaters on heated extractors. Since there is no oil reservoir in the pump design, it can be tipped completely upside down without causing any issue.
Pump operation can take place in any position as this pump does not need or use any pump oil in a crankcase. Typically sold as a system with one of our panel mount pressure regulators. Capable of flow rates up to 1.5gpm and pressures up to 600psi. Designed to fit our 1/4hp permanent magnet DC motors and 1/2hp AC induction motors. Performance can be optimized to your application flow rates. This pump is proudly made in the USA from aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel.
Pump head can be removed from motor and flipped over 180 degrees and re-installed upside down to change the location of the water in and water out connections.

The 207V series is used to replace past 204V, 205V, 206V series, discontinued pumps and is also available with motors in different voltages and hose power. Pump can be suction feed or pressure feed but does require a pressure regulator and pulse hose.
Pump head can ship in Blue, Gold, or Black color, factory choice.
