Water tight connection as you tighten the top spring it squeezes down on the power cord
The 1/2 Fip metal retaining nut can be used to help secure on wall or panel.
Can handle power cords up to 1/2" thick.
Please consider tapping the panel with a 1/2" female pipe thread and thread the strain relief into the panel before you install the backup nut.
Perfect for water and vacuum tight connections.
Spring will help protect against internal wire breakage!
