Double insulate means to place your hot wire inside of another hose or jacket before you cable tie it to the frame. Installing a fuse or breaker at the point of battery connection insures that if you rub a hole in the side of the wire the breaker/fuse will trip.

Definitions:
Live reel means the vacuum hose stays hooked to the vacuum through the hub of the reel full time.
Storage reel means you have to remove the hose off the reel for use. The reel is just used to wind up the hose and store it.
Electric means you hook to your 12 volt battery and with a push button momentary switch you wind up the hose.
Live Electric is both live and electric on the same reel
This reel is Live Electric vacuum and storage side reel (usually used to store garden hose)

NOTE: Live vacuum reels require that all the vacuum hose is pulled off the reel at every job. Even if you do not need it. Because of this the 200 ft reel sells better than the 300 ft reel as most carpet cleaners store and use 165 ft of hoses on the reel and all the hose get pulled off at every job any way. A 50 foot extension hose is just stored on the side wall when needed. Live solution reels do NOT have to have all the hose spooled off at every job except the the first time you use the reel. Get the solution hose HOT and the wind up. After you store your solution hose HOT on your solution reel you just use as needed.

Note all these reels come from China and will have paint chips and small mico dents in the metal. These are not shipping causes and neither the delivery company or Steambrite can or will do anything about this as when we ship out a replacement, it too will not be 100% perfect. These historically are not truly round and perfect and might too have a slight wobble to them. All sales are final as these are an excellent value for what you receive.

Steambrite processes shipments daily by Fedex, UPS, and USPS (for small packages), as well as a using a variety of freight carriers for oversized/palletized shipments. While the Steambrite website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (San Antonio, TX). Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
