Van radiator fluid travels one direction, high pressure water travels the other direction through the first heater providing up to 205 degrees F water.  The Roots 47 blower produces up to 240 degree exhaust air heat once you start cleaning.  The PTI heat heat exchanger us used to adsorb this additional heat.

Van Specifications for Compact Direct Drives

Chev and GMC Cargo Vans

• 2012-2018 Chev/GMC Savana Van 4.8 L, and 6.0 L V8 Gas

NOTE: Not Compatible with Passenger Vans

Cleanco does not recommend installing Compact Direct Drive PTO units in a van that has excessive wear and tear or is older than specified above.

Cleanco requires a minimum van specification of ¾ ton for Compact Direct Drive PTO systems without the transfer of fresh water, 6.0 L 1 ton with the transfer of fresh water. 

It is recommended that prior to the purchase of a van, the customer review the specifications of the van with an authorized Cleanco Distributor or contact Cleanco directly.
