This converter is great for use with the new high performance portables that need 3 different circuit breakers. Run all three cords on this one box. This unit plugs into the standard electric dryer 220 -240 volt 3 plug outlet on provides you with two separate 15 amp and one 20 amp (NOT GFCI protection and No Breakers). Used also by the restoration professional, operates 6 dehumidifiers off the one outlet.
