A RHBD or Right Hand Bottom Discharge
TriFlow may also be used as a THRD or Top Hand Right Discharge. These are
the only 2 ways to configure a RHBD machine. The "hand" refers to where the drive shaft is.

Question: Can I use a Ti408 GYCLJCA-0169 instead of a Ti408 GYCLMCA-0169 as they are only one letter off?
Answer: You cannot use the unit you have in stock to replace your customer's blower. The blower is configured to rotate in one direction only. We were hoping we could just flip it over and move the oil sight glasses but that is not possible due to the rotor timing. The rotors are "Discharge timed" meaning it has a 1/3 - 2/3 clearance built in to give it more vacuum performance. While in theory it is possible to re-time the rotors and re-configure your stock blower, it is very costly ($900.00) because it involves a partial tear down of the blower to do it.
