You cannot adjust the control panel RH if the compressor is on. You must have the compressor off and only the control panel on. Adjustment sequence is turn on control panel, hit menu a couple of times to scroll through to the "set" is flashing, move to the right to the adjustment button and scroll through to the RH range from 25% to 80%. Move to the right to the "on off" button and turn the compressor on.
