This user‑friendly training manual summarizes the contents of each
of the 13 training videos. The manual is organized with Glossary
of Terms, Written Test and Answer Key (for each chapter
corresponding to the 13 videos),
Final Test (with 60 questions that can be used to certify your
personnel's knowledge). 10 copies of certificates of achievement
is also included with any purchase of a complete kit, to certify
all those who are trained by the video series.

While the Steambrite website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (San Antonio, TX). Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
