Reviews the procedures for professionally cleaning carpet. There are three rules to remember before starting: 1. Protect yourself from danger; 2. don't create problems for yourself, and 3. Clean carpet in a planned pattern. It illustrates three methods for carpet cleaning: Hot‑water extraction, Encapsulation carpet cleaning, and the "Spin‑pad" bonnet method. Shows how to: Prepare carpet to be cleaned, post caution signs, remove spots, replace furnishings, inspect work, address any problems, and return equipment and supplies.

Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
