Installation and Service Notes

Disconnect the machine battery pack and follow the equipment manufacturer's lockout and service procedures before installation.
Confirm polarity, connector arrangement, grounding tab, mounting gasket, cooling-air path, and tangential exhaust alignment before applying power.
Replace damaged or compressed seals. Air leaks can reduce water pickup and cleaning performance.
Inspect the recovery-tank float shutoff, filters, screens, hoses, and exhaust path. Restrictions or liquid/foam carryover can damage a replacement motor.
Use only the correct voltage. Connecting a 24V DC motor to an incompatible power source can cause immediate damage and is not a product defect.
