Uses:
The Fogger's Head at the end of the hose comes complete with it's own clasp that allows the head/hose assembly (36 inch long hose from the body to the head) to either be secured at the front or rear of the tank. The translucent holding tank is graduated to allow easier chemical mixing, making chemical ratios easier to calculate!

The front mounted power switch allows a technician convenient on/off access, and to top it all off this unit ships with it's own carrying strap, allowing this fogger to be shoulder carried! Having two free hands can be invaluable whilst taking care balancing high up on a ladder.

Used to fog water based deodorizers, insecticides, disease control, AC and Duct work sealers.

This fogger has a faster spray than your average "ULV" fogger, penetrating deeper into ductwork, using more solution to help you get through quicker!

Credit card information or cash deposit.
Clean and rinse out the machine, hoses and wand when finished. A $15 cleaning fee will be collected if the equipment is dirty on the return. If the machine is used for body fluid removal, construction work work a $15 cleaning and sanitizing fee will be assessed PLUS you are required to clean the machine yourself and purchase a replacement air filter. If you fail to inform us that you used the equipment in this manner you will be open to a law suit for damages by subjecting the public to hazards.

Caution: It is important to not overload the electric power circuits in the building that you are placing the equipment. Just because it plugs into an outlet does not mean it is OK to that outlet. It is the responsibility of the user to confirm that the power can support the equipment.

Questions:
A. How come I have to supply my Social Security Number?
Answer: This is to affect your credit when you do not bring the equipment back. This is no different than when you go to the doctor’s office and they ask for your social security number. They only reason they need it is if you do not pay your bill promptly. The only reason the doctor’s office needs your SS number is to affect your credit. This is a requirement. The only way to avoid providing this information is provide a large enough cash deposit that will purchase the equipment.

B. Are you open on Sunday?
"No." If you rent on Saturday we do let you keep the equipment an extra day for free, if you do not use the equipment, but you will be required to bring the equipment back on Monday morning.

C. Can I reserve a machine for a specific day?
"Yes." Only if you prepay for it. We will have to take the required information over the phone and charge you in advance for the rental.

D. What if I prepay for a rental and cannot show up to pick up the machine?
All sales are final. No credit is placed back on your credit card, but we can carry over the funds to use on a different day (like purchasing an air line ticket.)

E. What if the machine does not work? Will you bring me a replacement? Can I get my money back?
You will be required to bring the machine back to us. We will not bring you a replacement. Over 90% of the times a customer states they cannot use the machine, the machine is tested at our location and we cannot find anything wrong with it. Please make sure before you leave our location, you know how to use the machine! When you bring back the machine, it will be tested, if their is nothing wrong you can finish out the days rental. If there is really something wrong with the machine, you can have a substitute machine or have credit to use on a different day. You will not get your money back.

F. Does the machine come with instructions on do odor control work ...?
"No." Please ask your service rep at SteamBrite for help with any specialty issues.

H. Will Steam Brite come out and clean or do a job for me?
Yes, You can call our office with your issue and we can see what we can do to help.

I. Can I pick up a machine on Friday and bring it back on Monday?
Yes, but you will be charged for the number of days you use the Electric ULV Cold Fogger (s).

Steambrite processes shipments daily by Fedex, UPS, and USPS (for small packages), as well as a using a variety of freight carriers for oversized/palletized shipments. While the Steambrite website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (San Antonio, TX). Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
