Rent an Upholstery and Mattress Cleaning Machine in San Antonio Texas

Uses: assist in cleaning: Upholstery, mattresses, and car interiors, drapes, spot and stain removal, odor control work, water extraction (wet carpet cleaning up), body fluid removal, carpet dying and color correction.

Procedure:
Vacuum fabric
Spray entire carpet with cleaner using a pump up sprayer.
Agitate prespray in fabric with soft brush, terry cloth towel or natural sea wool sponge
Rinse Carpet with hot water upholstery cleaning
Set up air mover to blow dry or place in sun or under a ceiling fan.

Credit card information or cash deposit.
Clean and rinse out the machine, hoses and wand when finished. A $15 cleaning fee will be collected if the equipment is dirty on the return. If the machine is used for body fluid removal, dye work a $15 cleaning and sanitizing fee will be assessed PLUS you are required to clean the machine yourself. If you fail to inform us that you used the equipment in this manner you will be open to a law suit for damages by subjecting the public to hazards.

Extra 25 ft hose set allows you to clean the second floor of your home and leave the machine at the base of the stair case.
Cleaning and deoderization chemicals.
Water Claw Wand to remove water and odors from under the carpet and padding/cushion.

Caution: It is important to not overload the electric power circuits in the building that you are placing the equipment. Just because it plugs into an outlet does not mean it is OK to that outlet. It is the responsibility of the user to confirm that the power can support the equipment.

Questions:
A. How come I have to supply my Social Security Number?
Answer: This is to affect your credit when you do not bring the equipment back. This is no different than when you go to the doctor’s office and they ask for your social security number. They only reason they need it is if you do not pay your bill promptly. The only reason the doctor’s office needs your SS number is to affect your credit. This is a requirement. The only way to avoid providing this information is provide a large enough cash deposit that will purchase the equipment.

B. Are you open on Sunday?
"No." If you rent on Saturday we do let you keep the equipment an extra day for free, but you will be required to bring the equipment back on Monday morning.

C. Can I reserve a machine for a specific day?
"Yes." Only if you prepay for it. We will have to take the required information over the phone and charge you in advance for the rental.

D. What if I prepay for a rental and cannot show up to pick up the machine?
All sales are final. No credit is placed back on your credit card, but we can carry over the funds to use on a different day (like purchasing an air line ticket.)

E. What if the machine does not work? Will you bring me a replacement? Can I get my money back?
You will be required to bring the machine back to us. We will not bring you a replacement. Over 90% of the times a customer states they cannot use the machine, the machine is tested at our location and we cannot find anything wrong with it. Please make sure before you leave our location, you know how to use the machine! When you bring back the machine, it will be tested, if their is nothing wrong you can finish out the days rental. If there is really something wrong with the machine, you can have a substitute machine or have credit to use on a different day. You will not get your money back.

F. Does the machine come with instructions on How to clean carpets, upholstery, ...?
"No." Please ask your service rep at SteamBrite for help with any specialty issues.

G. Will carpet cleaning remove stains and odors or just dirt?
For the most part, you should expect to only remove the dirt from the material you are cleaning. Here is a list of items that will not respond to carpet cleaning but yet can be removed by incorporating a stain removal process with carpet cleaning:
Removable stains with specialty spotters and techniques: tar, make up, shoe polish, paint, ink, adhesive, glue, rust, blood, coffee, mustard, grass stains, wine, urine, urea, diarrhea, iodine, dye stain drinks: Kool-Aid, cough syrup, Big Red, dog food vomit with food dye, Gatorade, decaffeinated coffee, milk, egg, motor oil, grease. This is true with odor removal issues like odors from urine, fires, drug labs, after math or decaying protein odors, skunk...

H. Can I purchase a spot remover to remove all the problems mentioned above in section G?
It is not one spotter, rather many of the problems mentioned in section G are a different spotter for a different issue. Please visit

I. Will Steam Brite come out and clean or do a job for me?

J. Can I pick up a machine on Friday and bring it back on Monday?
Yes, but you will be charged for two day and given one day for free.

K. Since this is a heated machine, do I fill it with cold water or hot water?
You are to fill the machine with the hottest water possible (up to 140 degrees F). The heater is designed to boost the water temperature as it passes through the machine. It is not designed to heat the water in the tank.
