Clean Storm 20150710, 32 oz QT Jug Chemical Safety Plastic Insert Cap Plug, 200 Units

Description

The Clean Storm 20150710 Chemical Safety Plastic Insert Cap Plug is designed to provide maximum leak protection for standard 32 oz (quart) jugs and containers during transport and storage. Engineered with a tapered design using highly pliable low-density polyethylene (LDPE), these safety inserts form a snug, reliable seal that significantly reduces the risk of chemical leaks and spills when shipping via FedEx, UPS, or other standard carriers.

These versatile red Caplugs (T-Series style) function effectively as both internal plugs and external caps depending on your application. They fit snugly to prevent fluid leakage and are easily removable when ready for use. Additionally, they serve as excellent protective caps for 1/2" male pipe threads and are recommended for MIL-Std., SAE-type tube and hydraulic fittings, as well as threaded external and internal NPT pipe fittings.

Features

Shipping Security: Pushes into the top of standard quart/32 oz containers to prevent spills and improve survival rates during transit.
Flexible & Resilient Material: Constructed from highly pliable Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) for a tight, leak-resistant seal.
Dual-Purpose Tapered Design: Works as either a plug or a cap across various application types and can be reused multiple times.
Thread & Fitting Protection: Ideal for MIL-Std. and SAE hydraulic fittings, NPT pipe fittings, and as a cap for 1/2" male pipe threads.
High Visibility: Bright red color allows for quick visual inspection during packing and assembly.
Conflict Free: Guaranteed 3TG conflict-free manufacturing compliance.
Bulk Pack Value: Includes 200 units per package for high-volume chemical packaging and shipping needs.
