Tips and Additional Information

Ensure proper electrical supply matching the 230V, 26 Amp, single-phase requirements before installation. Inspect all high-pressure hose connections, 22mm fittings, and water supply lines for debris prior to startup. Verify that inlet water temperature does not exceed 160°F to prevent thermal damage to the triplex pump. Always bleed trapped air from the system by squeezing the spray gun trigger with the water supply turned on before powering on the electric motor. Store the unit in a frost-free environment during freezing conditions to avoid internal pump and coil cracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the electrical requirements for this pressure washer?
A: This unit requires a 230-volt, 26-amp, single-phase power supply. Ensure your facility or job site has the appropriate dedicated circuit and breaker installed prior to operation.

Q: Can this unit draw hot water?
A: The maximum pump inlet water temperature is 160°F. It is engineered primarily as a cold-water pressure washer but can accept pre-heated water up to that threshold.

Q: How does the low-pressure chemical injection work?
A: The chemical injector draws concentrated detergent from the onboard 3-gallon plastic tank and introduces it into the water stream when you attach and operate a low-pressure detergent nozzle.

Warranty & Safety Information

This product includes standard manufacturer defect warranty coverage on structural components, the electric motor, and the triplex pump assembly. Warranty coverage is voided if the unit is operated above its maximum pressure rating of 2000 PSI, exposed to water inlet temperatures exceeding 160°F, run dry without adequate water supply, used with improper electrical voltages, or subjected to modifications and lack of scheduled pump maintenance. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, and never direct the high-pressure spray stream toward humans, animals, or electrical sources.
