Description

The Clean Storm SS1404-16-16 is a heavy-duty, high-performance stainless steel pipe swivel fitting engineered for demanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial fluid systems. Constructed from premium 316 stainless steel, this adapter offers superior corrosion resistance and longevity in harsh chemical, high-pressure, and high-temperature environments.

Featuring a 1" Male NPTF tapered thread on one end and a 1" Female NPSM straight thread swivel on the other, this adapter simplifies alignment and installation in tight piping configurations.

Please Note: This item is a "Not Live" swivel fitting. It is designed to swivel during assembly to allow for easy alignment and stress-free torque application. Once fully tightened, the swivel action ceases. The swivel action can be broken loose again for disassembly, but it does not offer rotational movement under active system pressure.

Features

Premium 316 Stainless Steel: Provides exceptional resistance against corrosion, chemicals, rust, and harsh weather conditions.
Assembly Swivel ("Not Live"): Swivels freely during installation to eliminate hose twisting and facilitate easy alignment, then locks firm once assembled.
High-Pressure Performance: Rated to withstand operating pressures up to 5,000 PSI.
Extreme Temperature Range: Built to handle harsh industrial thermal requirements with a rating up to 1,000°F.
Precision Threading: Precision-machined 1" NPTF Male and 1" NPSM Female swivel connections compliant with industry standards.
Buy More, Save More: Bulk purchasing discounts available for high-volume commercial and industrial orders.
