PMF CV25S-ST 18-Inch Internal-Spray Crevice Tool with 1,000-PSI Stainless-Steel Valve
The high-pressure stainless-valve version of PMF's professional internal-spray crevice tool. The PMF CV25S-ST applies cleaning solution inside the vacuum chamber and immediately recovers loosened soil and moisture. Its slim 18-inch stainless-steel body reaches beside automotive seats, between cushions, along carpet edges and into other confined areas that conventional hand tools cannot access.

Upgraded Stainless-Steel Valve
The CV25S-ST uses a stainless-steel trigger valve rated up to 1,000 PSI. This is the principal upgrade over the PMF CV25SB, which uses a brass valve rated up to 500 PSI. The upgraded valve provides additional pressure capacity for technicians whose extractor and application require it.
The 1,000-PSI rating is the valve's maximum pressure rating—not a recommendation to clean every surface at 1,000 PSI. Select pressure according to the material, soil conditions and extractor manufacturer's instructions. Begin at a lower setting and increase only as necessary.
Contained Internal Spray
The stainless-steel spray jet is positioned inside the vacuum chamber rather than exposed outside the tool. Solution is directed into the pickup area, where the vacuum can recover it immediately. This contained configuration helps reduce uncontrolled overspray around consoles, seats, baseboards and nearby dry surfaces.
A thumb-operated vacuum-release slide allows the technician to reduce suction if the narrow tool seals too tightly against carpet or fabric. The vinyl-covered grip helps protect the operator's hand from direct contact with the metal tube.
Common Applications
- Automotive carpet beside seats and center consoles
- Spaces between removable upholstery cushions
- Seat seams, pockets and narrow fabric channels
- Carpet edges and perimeter areas along baseboards
- Sliding-glass patio-door tracks and similar narrow channels
- Controlled extraction cleaning of Oriental-rug fringe
- Recreational vehicles, boats and transportation interiors
- Confined areas requiring controlled solution application and vacuum recovery
Patio-Door Track Cleaning
The narrow pickup profile can be guided along sliding-glass patio-door tracks to apply solution, loosen embedded soil and recover dirty water from the channel. Vacuum or remove loose sand, stones and other debris before extraction. Avoid directing solution into wall cavities, finished wood, electrical components or areas where water cannot be completely recovered.
Oriental-Rug Fringe Cleaning
The internal-spray design can also be used for controlled cleaning and extraction of Oriental-rug fringe. It allows the operator to treat a narrow section of fringe while recovering moisture through the same tool.
Fringe-Cleaning Caution: Rug fringe, dyes and foundation fibers may be sensitive to water, heat, alkalinity and aggressive pressure. Identify the fiber, inspect for pre-existing damage and test for colorfastness before cleaning. Use low pressure, appropriate chemistry and controlled moisture. Do not assume the tool's 1,000-PSI maximum valve rating is a suitable cleaning pressure for fringe.

What Is Included
- One PMF CV25S-ST internal-spray crevice tool
- Factory-installed 1,000-PSI stainless-steel trigger valve
- Internal stainless-steel solution tube and jet
- 6-inch, 1,250-PSI high-pressure solution whip
No Quick Disconnect Included: The CV25S-ST does not include a male or female quick-disconnect fitting. Purchase the connection required for your extractor and solution hose separately. Most carpet-cleaning systems use a male plug on the tool, but some systems use the opposite orientation; verify your equipment before ordering.
Vacuum hose, solution hose, extractor, cleaning chemicals and optional accessories are not included.
Safe Setup and Operation
- Confirm that the extractor pressure does not exceed the rating of the lowest-rated component in the complete system.
- Install the correct quick disconnect for your solution-hose configuration using an appropriate thread sealant.
- Inspect the valve, whip hose, fittings and internal jet before every use.
- Relieve stored solution pressure before connecting, disconnecting or servicing the tool.
- Test pressure, spray direction, vacuum recovery and material colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.
- Flush chemical residue from the solution path after use and allow the tool to dry before storage.
Fitment Notice: Similar PMF crevice tools are offered with different spray arrangements and valve ratings. Match PMF part number CV25S-ST, the 18-inch internal-spray body, 1,000-PSI stainless-steel valve and required connections before ordering.
This is bested used between 200 and 500 psi but does have a vacuum release thumb slide if you would like to use with extractor under 200 psi.
