What Is Included?
One package containing:
- Four Husqvarna Longopac continuous dust bag rolls
- Each roll measures approximately 20 meters or 65.6 feet long
Please note: The dust extractor, Longopac cassette, bag ties, grinder, hose, and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated elsewhere in the product options.
How the Longopac System Works
- Pull the desired amount of bag material down from the Longopac cassette.
- Seal the liner below the collected material.
- Seal the liner again above the filled portion.
- Cut between the two sealed areas.
- Remove the sealed bag while leaving the remaining liner ready for continued use.
This continuous-liner design allows the dust extractor to remain substantially closed during bag changes and helps reduce unnecessary dust release.
Equipment Compatibility
This bag package is intended for equipment equipped with the compatible Husqvarna Longopac Mini continuous-bag cassette.
Longopac systems are used on multiple Husqvarna dust extractors, pre-separators, and related dust-management products. However, Husqvarna offers more than one Longopac bag size and thickness.
Important: Match the manufacturer part number on your existing bag package or consult your equipment parts manual before ordering. Do not order based solely on the appearance of the bag or dust extractor.
Why Use Genuine Husqvarna Longopac Bags?
Properly sized continuous liners fit the machine’s bag cassette correctly and help maintain reliable dust containment. Bags that are too narrow, too wide, too thin, or made for another cassette may not feed, seal, or remain attached correctly.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many rolls are included?
This package contains four continuous Longopac bag rolls.
How long is each roll?
Each roll is approximately 20 meters or 65.6 feet long.
Are these individual dust bags?
No. These are continuous bag liners. The operator pulls down the desired length and creates individual disposal bags as needed.
How many disposal bags can one roll make?
The number varies according to the length of each bag. Shorter bags provide more individual disposal bags, while larger quantities of debris require longer bags.
Does this package include the Longopac cassette?
No. This listing is for the replacement bag liners only. The cassette and dust extractor are sold separately.
Will these fit every Husqvarna dust extractor?
No. Husqvarna uses different Longopac configurations. Verify part number 593446401 in your equipment manual or compare it with the number on your existing package before ordering.
Can these bags be used for hazardous dust?
The bags are intended to help contain collected material, but safe handling depends on the dust, the extractor, the filtration system, sealing procedures, personal protective equipment, and applicable workplace regulations. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable safety requirements.
Ordering Reminder: Electrical parts, filters, bags, hoses, and accessories can look similar while having different sizes or applications. Please verify Husqvarna part number 593446401 before placing your order.
