🔧 Husqvarna Fleet Starter Kit Installation Guide

1. Kit Contents

5 Bluetooth machine sensors (attach to equipment)
Wireless gateway (connects sensors to the cloud)
OEM installation instructions (included in the kit)
Fleet Services app (download from Google Play or App Store)

2. Preparation

Ensure machines are clean and powered off before installation.
Have access to a stable internet connection for the gateway.
Confirm you have your Fleet Services account credentials ready.

3. Sensor Installation

Locate mounting point: Attach each sensor securely to the machine frame near the engine or control area.
Power source: Sensors are battery-powered; no wiring is required.
Activation: Sensors automatically begin transmitting once installed.

💡 Tip: Assign a unique name/ID to each machine in the app for easy tracking.

4. Gateway Setup

Placement: Install the gateway in a central location (e.g., workshop or storage area) where machines are parked.
Power connection: Plug into a standard outlet.
Internet connection: Connect via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Syncing: The gateway automatically detects nearby sensors and uploads data to the Fleet Services cloud.

5. App & Portal Integration

Download the Husqvarna Fleet Services app (Android/iOS).
Log in with your Fleet Services account.
Register machines: Each sensor-equipped machine must be added to your fleet list.
Verify data flow: Check runtime hours, location, and usage statistics in the app dashboard.

6. Verification & Testing

Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
