The Hydro-Force NM4083 is a short 1-inch inside diameter x 9-inch long wire-reinforced vacuum hose used as a replacement vacuum hose section on select professional carpet and hard-surface cleaning tools.

This hose is specifically identified as the black 1in x 9in vacuum hose used on the older Hydro-Force SX-12 tile cleaning tool design.

IMPORTANT: NM4083 is associated with the older / pre-2021 SX-12 configuration. Newer SX-12 tools use a different vacuum arrangement. Verify your existing tool configuration and part number before ordering.

Hydro-Force SX-12 Compatibility

On the older Hydro-Force SX-12 parts breakdown, NM4083 is identified as Item I - Black Vacuum Hose, 1in x 9in.

This part should not automatically be assumed to fit newer SX-12 tools. Hydro-Force changed the vacuum hose configuration on later versions. Compare your existing hose and equipment parts diagram before ordering.

Additional Applications

NM4083 has also been used in other carpet cleaning and hard-surface cleaning equipment where this specific hose size and construction are required. It may be associated with select older Sandia-manufactured cleaning tools and other equipment using the same hose specification.

Always order by part number whenever possible. Equipment manufacturers can change components during a model's production life without changing the primary machine model number.
