I AM A BELIEVER NOW.THIS WAND IS WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.TEFLON GLIDES ARE GREAT PLUS. THEY STILL ALLOW FOR AGITATION ON TOUGH STAINS AND LET THE LARGER WAND GLIDE ACROSS THE CARPET WITH EASE.I'VE BEEN CLEANING CARPET FOR 25 YRS. AND I THINK THIS IS A GREAT INVESTMENT.LITE WEIGHT AND WELL MADE. IT WOULD BE HARD TO GO BACK TO MY OLD WAND. THANKS PMF.
