Roof Cleaner

The MOSMATIC roof cleaner DR-520 is an industrial quality tool specially designed for efficient, high pressure roof cleaning while keeping the operator in a safe operating area.

The premium MOSMATIC swivel ensures optimum performance under harsh conditions. This new design allows the operator to maneuver and lower the roof cleaner along the roof surface by using the high pressure hose and the safety cable. The height and width adjustable cleaner works for most common roof designs, adding safety and stability.

Height and Width Adjustable

The DR-520 is adjustable up to 3.54” extended width and 1.3” in height. It works for any type of roof design adding safety and stability.

Please note the Mosmatic tools do not come with any quick disconnects (QD) to hook the spray gun to the pressure washer or tile cleaning machine machine. The gun is threaded with 3/8" Female International Pipe (FIP) connection. Please add the correct pressure washing QD and/or carpet cleaning QD do your order.

Depending on roof material, it is recommended to use a little wider jet than what you would use on cement. Example instead of 15 degree jets use 25 degree jets so to spread out the spray pattern. The gallons per minute rating on the pump would be cut in half per jet (2 jets per machine.) For example a 5 gpm pump would use 25025 jets.

Question: What is the recommended jet size for a Cold unit 3000 psi @ 5 gpm?
Answer: 2503 1/8meg’s depending on his surface. If cleaning something fragile I might go with a 4003 or just turn the pressure a bit.

Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.
