Note that both Mytee and SteamBrite reserve the right to change exact specifications without notice. What does this mean? It means that we do not open your boxes and Mytee will change the components that they use to build your machine. We verify the model number and voltage that is stamped on the box. We do not guarantee exact color or shade of your product though usually these ship in the blue family. In early 2018 Mytee is in the process of changing the rear wheels and front casters to a different size and specification. Other changes might also take place. What Mytee does guarantee is that the performance and the product is new and comes with the full manufacturer's warranty with its national service center locations. In other words, this is a 200 psi pump with dual 9 to10 amp vacuum motors in a dual 12 gallon body style with dual 50 ft 12-3 power cords, but the exact pump model or exact vacuum motor, pressure gauge, or switch that is installed in your machine can be different. In the last year these machine have been built with Electromotor high performance 2 stage vacuum motors as well as 3 stage low amp draw vacuum motors. These are both great vacuum motors. Amp draw is king. What I mean is a 2 stage 10 amp vacuum motor dries the carpet as fast as a 3 stage 10 amp vacuum motor. It does not mater what the vacuum motor is called rather how much electrical energy is converted into vacuum. This currently is a 19.8 amp vacuum system divided by two power cords.

Questions and answers;
Q. Does this machine clean with steam?
A. No, this is a hot water extraction machine that you will with hot tap water and then the on board heater boost this water temperature to make the water hotter than tap temperature. At no time will this machine clean at steam temperatures.

Q. Is the pressure pump adjustable?
A. No this is currently and Aquatec 220 psi diaphragm pump. The standby pressure can be up to 220 psi and the suction feed use pressure (trigger squeezed on the wand) between 110 - 170 psi depending on the jet orifice size(s). The factory does not include a pressure gauge on this model as the did not want to drive the price up on the design while increasing the number of questions why the pump pressure would read 220 psi when your not squeezing the trigger and then drop to 110 psi when you are squeezing the trigger on the carpet cleaning wand (or 170 psi on the upholstery wand)

Q. What is the max hose length on this design?
A. About 125 ft with 100 ft of 2" ID + a 25 foot 1.5" id Leader hose.

Q. The machine has 2 power cords and need to different 20 amp 120 volt breakers to make this machine work. What would happen if I only have 1 outlet that I can use? Can I operate this machine on just one vacuum motor?
A. No. This machine has air parallel vacuum motor and does not include a vacuum check valve system to turn off the vacuum motor not in use. In other words the vacuum motor not in use will try to spin back ward and you will have almost no vacuum at the end of the vacuum hose. You will always have to use both breakers to make this machine function.
