The Nikro 862043 Rotary Brush Cable System is a professional 25-foot flexible air duct cleaning system designed to navigate bends, drops, risers, and other difficult residential ductwork. The flexible rotary cable can be powered by a drill with an adjustable clutch, making it an excellent choice for residential and light-commercial HVAC duct cleaning.
Nikro's stainless-steel push-button locking system allows brushes to snap on and off without tools. Unlike threaded brush systems, the button-lock design allows the cable to operate in either forward or reverse without the brush working loose or spinning off the cable.

Why Choose the Button-Lock System?
Traditional threaded rotary brushes can loosen when the drill direction is reversed. The Nikro button-lock connection mechanically secures the brush to the cable, allowing the operator to change rotation direction without worrying about the brush unscrewing inside the duct.
Recommended Drill Setup 
Nikro recommends powering the system with a drill equipped with an adjustable clutch. Set the clutch so it can disengage if the cable or brush becomes snagged inside the ductwork. This helps protect the cable, brush, drill, and duct system.
Brush Selection
The kit includes both nylon and silica carbide brushes in multiple diameters, allowing the technician to select the appropriate brush size and aggressiveness for the duct being cleaned.

The system includes 4", 8", 12" and 18" Nylon brushes and 8", 12" and 18" Silica brushes. Powered by your drill with clutch or one of our clutch driven drills or drive unit.
Please only use unit with no more than 360 degrees of turns.
Do not turn cable with the hose coiled up.
Must use a clutched drill or drive box.
If you use a standard drill and break the cable it will not be warrantied.
The only way you can break the cable is to use this with a non clutched drill and or leave coiled up.
