Description

This Advance ES400 XP carpet extractor effectively cleans carpets in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and offices. It is designed for deep cleaning or interim cleaning with extremely quick dry times, and it is ideal for use in high-traffic carpeted areas. This design meets CRI standards for carpet extractors, ensuring an effective cleaning performance and the ability to preserve the appearance of carpets. This unit has a 18" cleaning path, and its 2-stage vacuum motor provides a water lift of 120" to pull more water out of the carpet. Its brush head creates greater contact with the carpet and improved suctioning, helping carpets to dry faster after cleaning. The 12 gallon solution tank paired with the 10 gallon recovery tank ensures that you can cover large areas with less frequent refills and emptying.

This unit features a control panel with all cleaning modes to quickly set the cleaning parameters. Plus, you can easily shift from spotting to extraction mode by flipping a simple switch. This model includes a pre-treat mode, a LIFT low-moisture cleaning mode, and a deep clean mode tackle a variety of cleaning tasks. The pre-treat mode is ideal for loosening up stains and debris, while the deep clean mode helps tackle tougher cleaning applications. The specially designed LIFT mode uses an indirect spray to clean and dry carpets in less than 30 minutes, making it ideal for high-traffic spaces and daytime cleaning. Its single-spray nozzle design prevents streaking and water overlap that can delay drying.

This model emits only 68 decibels for cleaning in noise-sensitive settings. It features a compact design for easy transport and storage, and it has an adjustable handle for maneuverability in tight spaces. The solution tank is removable for easy refilling, while the recovery tank boasts a front-mounted drain hose to quickly empty the tank. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 50' power cord.
