What This Kit Does

The condensate pump removes water collected by the dehumidifier during operation and sends it through the drain hose. Replacing a failed or unreliable pump helps restore automatic water removal so the dehumidifier can continue operating without repeatedly filling its internal reservoir.

This listing is for the pump kit only. The dehumidifier, external drain hose, float switch, control board, and other parts are not included unless they are pictured as part of the factory kit.

Installation and Troubleshooting

Disconnect the dehumidifier from electrical power before opening the cabinet.
Inspect the drain hose, fittings, check valve, reservoir, and float switch before assuming the pump has failed.
After installation, test both automatic pump operation and the machine's manual PURGE function.
Service should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with commercial dehumidifiers.

Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
