Question and Answers:
Q. What brand of pump is used?
A. Factory has not posted any information about the brand but usually uses Pumptec or Cat branded.

Q. Can I actually clean at 500psi?
A. Usually with a single jetted upholstery tool can, but because this is a suction feed pump, please be prepared to actually clean at much lower pressures with carpet cleaning wands.

Q. Is the amp draw of other 6.6 motors 10 amps also from other brands?
A. No, Clean Storm Portables average 20% more suction at consume 12 amps per motor, Mytee 6.6 vacuum motors consume 14 amps and are 40% stronger but this also means more likely to trip a breaker. Amp draw is King. The more electricity a motor or a machine uses, the stronger and faster it cleans. Just because a motor is 6.6 inches wide does not have anything to do with the amp draw. The advantage of 12 amps or less is that the national electrical code recommends using 20% less power than a circuit breaker can provide. Example if you plug into a 15 amp breaker, 80% of 15 amps = 12 amps. This is why vacuum cleaners never consume more than 12 amps as the factory does not know if you are going to plug into a 20 amp outlet or a 15 amp outlet.

Q. Does dual heaters mean the water goes in and out of the heater before it goes into a second heater?
A. No, this means that each heater rod is wired to a different breaker or phase of current, but both heating rods are in the same housing. See item X9105 .

Q. Can a 500 psi pump clean tile and grout?
A. Yes, but only the Rhino 20190919 tool can work with such a small pump. Video on Link.

Q. Can this machine operate on the same breaker?
A. No, not only does not need different breakers but needs different phases to light up the green light on the control panel. This is true with all dual power corded portables. It is not different breakers, but different phases you need to plug into. Super easy to use and find, simply pick two outlets and if the green light does not turn on, simply relocate one cord to a different outlet until the green light turns on.

Q. Does the machine include any tools at all?
A. No. The factory does not know if you want to clean upholstery, cars, carpet, or tile so does not include any tools.

Q. What is the maximum amount of hose length?
A. 100 feet of 1.5" ID vacuum hose. The factory is only including 20 feet so you can add 50 ft extension to start.

Q. What temperature can I expect this machine to clean at?
A. If you fill the machine with building supplied hot tap water 120 degrees F, a 2/3rd rinse stroke followed by a 1/3 dry stroke would yield a 25 degree rise, or 155 degrees. If you stop cleaning, the heater will go all the way to 210 degrees F and turn itself off. When you start cleaning again the heater will turn itself back on to try to attempt to keep you at 155. This is why the factory states heats the water up to 210 degrees. In other words, when you are not using it. This is true with all suction feed heated portables.

Q. Are dual Nema 5-20 receptacles going to be hard to find at a job site?
A. Not really. Almost all garbage disposal outlets and clothes washing machine outlets have this configuration. The problem is taking the machine to an office building, then maybe, or not having enough hoses with you to leave the machine near its power source. Most cleaners also keep an assortment of electric clothes drier converters on the truck so have additional power from that source too.
