Question: Will the factory make any changes or upgrades to this order?
Example, add a pressure gauge, or upgrade the hose length to 100 ft, or change out the reel to a 200 ft reel?
Can we feed this unit with 140 degree hot water?

Answer: No, this factory will not make any changes or upgrades to this machine at all.
You would have to purchase all the parts for any changes you want and self install them.
The factory further does not recommend water over 70 degrees F. The seals on this pump are rated for 165 degrees F so I personally do not see why you could not install a 140 degree thermo relief valve on the unit to ensure the water stays below what Comet Pump states is OK for this pump.
I even inquired about just purchasing the wall mounting frame and custom build the unit with the parts you want, but I was told that this is is not an option.
