Pumptec 207V Pump Head 3/8 Fip Ports Fits US Products 60065

Replaces 60029, 60031, 60035, and 60062 (brass bushings might be needed - see below)

207V Pump Head Only

Ships in either Blue, Gold, or Black color; but the customer does not get to pick.

All 4 ports on this pump head are 3/8" female pipe thread and face back towards the motor.
Head is 8-7/8" wide (sometimes factory fills with 6 port (2 facing front) and supplies dual countersunk plugs to cap off un-used ports.)

Replacement for NInja deluxe, Windsor CMPS2, and US Products machines using the 60029 head only

Please note the 60029 head uses 1/4" Fip water port connections and the replacement head 60065 uses 3/8" Fip Water port connections. Please purchase four of the brass bushing below to reduce the threads to 1/4" on your new pump head to screw in you 1/4" hoses.
If your original pump has 1/4 Fip Ports, like US Products 60065 or 60029 (below bushings might be needed)

In the past different part number represented different colors as they used to ship in blue, black, and gold.
Now they only ship in the gold color.
US Products, Nilfisk, Hydramaster, and Advance private labeled many of these with 1/4" Mip pump head water connections so you can still use this head to to fix your machine, you just have to add the optional brass bushing above.

Question: I need a 500 psi pump head, is this the correct head?
Answer: This pump head is rated for up to 800 psi but commonly bolted to or mounted on a motor that has a max pressure of 500 psi installed on the inside of a carpet cleaning machine. The electric motor and pressure adjustment regulator establish the maximum use pressure and standby pressure the combined assembly can acheive. Pumptec (the factory) does not make different pressure version of this pump head. The only variable is the number of water connections on the head. We sell these heads with 4 or 6 or 8 water connections. This part number is for 4 water connection on the back side.
