Rotovac 15-CH-QUAD, 15-Inch Quad Head Shroud Kit for 360i Carpet Cleaner

Description

Expand your productivity with the Rotovac 15-CH-QUAD 15-inch Quad Head and Shroud Kit, designed to convert your Rotovac 360i rotary extractor into a high-capacity cleaning machine that covers up to 25% more surface area per pass on commercial and residential carpets. This complete retrofit conversion kit replaces the standard 12-inch head and shroud assembly with a wider 15-inch shroud and a heavy-duty 4-jet cleaning head. Equipped with four Teflon vacuum shoes—featuring two slotted and two holed ports—alongside four precision spray jets, this head delivers superior solution delivery and moisture extraction. Designed for demanding restoration professionals, this kit requires a robust vacuum setup and a pressure-fed pump system (such as high-output gasoline truckmounts or dual 6.6 / quad vacuum motor portables) to handle the increased water volume and suction demands effectively.

Tips and Additional Information

Ensure your equipment has sufficient vacuum and water flow capacity before operation. Because this 15-inch 4-jet head requires more recovery performance, it is recommended for use with gasoline truckmounts or heavy-duty dual/quad motor portable extractors featuring pressure-fed pump systems.

Pressure pump clarification:  To sustain the larger flow rates on this 4 jet head, please use with gasoline truckmounted carpet cleaning machines and portables that are pressure feed pump system instead of suction feed pump systems. Note all electric portable carpet cleaning machine can be converted to pressure feed pump systems if it is not a standard feature.  Article posted HERE

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the Rotovac 360i machine included with this kit?
A: No, the Rotovac 360i machine is sold separately. This kit includes the 15-inch quad head and matching shroud.

Q: Can I use this upgrade with standard low-flow electric portables?
A: It requires robust water and vacuum capacity. Standard suction-feed portables may need to be converted to pressure-feed pump systems and feature high-amperage vacuum motors (such as dual 6.6 or quad setups) to sustain the 4-jet flow rate.
