The PMF RV4N repair kit is used to rebuild the PMF V4N / PMV4N brass trigger valve commonly found on internal spray carpet cleaning wands, upholstery tools, hide-a-hose tools, and detail wands. This kit is a lower-cost repair option when the valve is leaking, sticking, dripping, or not sealing correctly.

Repair Tip

Before installing the new repair kit, inspect the inside of the valve body for corrosion, scoring, mineral buildup, or chemical damage. If the brass valve body is damaged, replacing the complete valve may be a better long-term repair than rebuilding it. Freeze damages valves cannot be rebuilt and must be replaced. Add Lithium grease to the kit during installation to improve lifespan.

Optional: If your existing valve body is damaged or heavily worn, purchase the complete PMF V4N brass valve instead of only rebuilding the valve.
