Commercial Cleaning Power in a Hip-Mounted Design
The Sandia 30-2001 Hipster is a professional 6-quart hip vacuum designed to provide strong commercial suction while allowing the operator to move freely through offices, theaters, stairways, vehicles, aircraft interiors and other areas where a conventional upright vacuum may be difficult to maneuver.
Its internal disposable paper micro-bag works with a washable cloth shakeout bag to collect debris while helping maintain cleaner exhaust air. An internal bag-support plate helps prevent the bag from collapsing and restricting airflow as it fills.
A sound-deadening double-wall motor chamber helps reduce operating noise, while the cushioned adjustable waist belt distributes the machine’s weight around the operator’s hips. The reversible lid and hose arrangement can be configured for either left-handed or right-handed operation.

Factory Warranty
The current Sandia literature lists a lifetime warranty on the molded body, five years on the vacuum motor and electrical components, and 90 days on tools and accessories. Warranty coverage is administered under the manufacturer’s written warranty terms and exclusions.
