Tank started leaking after less than a years use. Screw on bottom rubbed through plastic jug it sits on, bad design. Waste of $500!
Don’t buy
SteamBrite's Response: The factory will fix issues under a year old for free and it is also important to not allow the tanks to freeze. Freezing expanse the tank by 7% and is excluded by warranty protection. Most factories will pro-rate rotomolded tanks under 5 years of age (like a car battery) so their is no reason to communicate your issues to the factory. Sometimes customer experiences turn future products into better products as companies figure out how to not allow the event to happen again. Your sale took place in Sept 2022 (over 3 years ago) and that time is when the owner of the CleanMaster Sprayers passed away and the company and design was sold to StainOut. In your case you are telling possible future customers of Stainout to not purchase a product based on your experiences with a tank manufactured by MasterClean. You are our only customer with a tank issue, so it just might have been a fluke one off issue. Many companies subcontract the rotomold builds to a rotomold manufacture. If you purchased a Buick car and had a Goodyear tire blow out, would you wire a negative review for Buick when they do not manufacture Goodyear tires? In this case you are writing a negative review on a company that might have zero to do with future designed and sales. On all the StainOut Sprayers I have seen as well as the unit I purchased for my home, they now have a rubber sheet placed between and tank and frame points of contact. For this reason I would recommend you change your review from 1 star to 3 stars. Note this is also a duplicated review as you already placed a review on this item on Date: 12/17/2024.
